So, we will 'tuckyou' with our shirt stay belt and doing so improve your aesthetic and professional appearance.

We figured it is the easiest and most effective way to keep your shirt tucked in tight against your body. A shirt stay belt is an easy to use device that uses elastic tension for a noticeably improved image. It's pretty easy and ready in 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Slide last shirt button into metal clip;
Step 2: Wrap the shirt stay belt around your waist and fasten it;
Step 3: Finally, adjust the size to fit accordingly. Done!

  • WOULD A TCKYOU SHIRT STAY BELT FIT ME?

Yes. We have a 'one size fits all' shirt stay belt made out of elastic polyester, and it is adjustable to your waist. It reaches a circumference up to 47 inches (120 cm) and can stretch max to 59 inches (150 cm). 

TCKYOU shirt stay belt is 1.18 inches wide (3 cm) and ensures a maximum grip when worn under formal (suit) pants. 


  • WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING? 

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING* on orders above 40 USD. Which is pretty cool, we believe. 

Please note: All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a reshipping fee.

  • YEAH, BUT HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? 
Depending on your location, Standard International Shipping takes up between 10 to 25 business days. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

We will make sure you will receive real-time updates of the status of your order directly to your nominated email at the time of checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit. Any problems, please email us at helpme@tckyou.com

  • HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email helpme@tckyou.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

  • I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please email helpme@tckyou.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THE TCKYOU WEBSITE?

All orders on TCKYOU.com are processed in USD.

 

  • WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address, please email helpme@tckyou.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.


  • AM I ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER OR DROP OFF A RETURN?

Orders purchased online cannot be picked up in-store as these purchases are sent directly to our fulfillment company. All returns are to be addressed with our online Customer Service team.

 

  • MY ORDER STATUS IS 'UNFULFILLED,' WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

If your order status is shown as unfulfilled, this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
